Know what to order, how much, and by when.
POplanner reads the stock and sales export from your ERP and drafts a purchase order for each supplier. It counts lead times, sea or air freight, seasonal peaks and past stock-outs, and shows the reason behind every number.
Works with Excel or CSV exports from any ERP. Your file is read in your browser and never uploaded.

Used by buying teams at
The purchase spreadsheet, without the copy and paste.
Most buying teams plan in a workbook. Every month someone exports stock from the ERP, pastes it next to last year's sales, repairs the lookups, checks lead times with each supplier and tries to remember which items sell for Christmas.
POplanner runs those steps the same way every time, from the same export. You spend the time on the decisions: which spike to ignore, which supplier to top up, what to fly in.
From ERP export to supplier order in four steps.
Export
Download the article list with stock, incoming orders and monthly sales from your ERP as Excel or CSV.
Drop it in
Column names in English, German or Dutch are recognised. Lead times in the file are read too, in months or days.
Review
Start with urgent lines and open checks. Every suggestion shows its reason and a confidence score.
Send
Export one order per supplier, or a priority list of item numbers and pieces to paste into your ERP.
Try it on a sample wholesaler.
Sixteen items from four made-up suppliers, with a year of sales. Change the supplier and the months you buy for, then click any line to see the reasoning behind its quantity.
Read-onlySample data only. Importing your own export, saving and exporting orders are part of the full app.

Made-up toy wholesaler · sales October 2025 to September 2026
Order when cover drops below lead time plus safety.
Every item shows how many months of stock you have left, and how many you will have after this order. Set lead time and safety stock once per supplier, and override them for single items when you need to.
- Top up to N months. Choose how many months of stock to buy for, and POplanner orders only the gap.
- Your ERP's available figure, used as is. Customer orders are already taken off, so they are never deducted twice.
- Urgent and overstock are marked from the same rule: below 0.6 times the reorder point, or above three times it.
The things a senior buyer would catch, flagged on the line.
A single big order in March can make an item look three times busier than it is. POplanner leaves the spike out, suggests the safe quantity in a yellow cell and waits for you to accept it or use the full formula.
- Spikes, carton effects and one-customer items, with the month and customer that caused them.
- Purchase prices that look wrong, such as a cost per display entered where a cost per piece belongs.
- Export waits for you. If flagged lines are still open, POplanner lists them before the file is written.
A score that tells you how much to trust each number.
Every suggestion gets a confidence score from 0 to 100. Hover it to see why: how many of the last twelve months had sales, how steady they were, how recent the last sale was, and whether a spike was removed.
- Stock-outs are recognised. A month with zero sales after a run of steady ones is treated as a gap in stock, so demand is not underestimated.
- New items with only a few months of history are marked as such.
Order-by dates for every season, by sea and by air.
POplanner counts back from the event: three weeks on the shop shelf, about 26 days through wholesalers and shops, then 12 weeks by sea or 4 by air. When the sea date has passed, it shows the air date. Pick an event to see this year's dates.
Every timing can be changed in the planner. 14 European events are built in, with item keywords in English, German and Dutch.
Built around how wholesalers buy.
Supplier baskets
Plan one supplier or a saved group. Each has its own lead time, safety stock, months to buy for and minimum order value.
Bring back or let go
Out-of-catalog items in your top 15% by profit are suggested for reorder. Slow items tying up cash are listed separately.
Priority export
Item number and pieces, ranked by profit and volume, ready to paste into your ERP or send to a supplier.
Rules you can undo
Change lead time or order months for a supplier, category or keyword. Preview the effect first and undo any change.
Item overrides
Edit one item's lead time or quantity without touching the rest. Your edit wins over rules, file and supplier defaults.
Day and night
The planner follows your device's light or dark setting, so a long buying session at night stays easy on the eyes.
Sales figures and supplier prices stay on your computer.
Read in the browser
The planner opens your export inside the browser and keeps it in that browser's storage. The file is never sent to a server.
Sign-in for your team
The planner sits behind a login on Cloudflare. Only the people you add can open it.
Your numbers, unchanged
POplanner uses your ERP's figures as they are. It never subtracts customer orders a second time or changes your stock.
For teams that buy in cartons and wait weeks for them.
Distributors and wholesalers
Hundreds or thousands of items from a handful of suppliers, sold on to shops. Buying is a monthly job in Excel today.
Importers buying overseas
Sea freight of 10 to 12 weeks, carton sizes and minimum orders, and seasonal items that must land before the shops need them.
Shops and online stores
Smaller catalogues and shorter lead times. A Shopify version is planned.
Before you try it
Which ERP systems does POplanner work with?
Any system that can export an item list to Excel or CSV. POplanner needs the item number, available stock and monthly sales. Incoming orders, carton size, purchase price and lead time are used when the export has them. Column names in English, German and Dutch are recognised.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read inside your browser and stored in that browser. Clearing the browser's site data removes it.
Does it subtract customer orders from stock?
No. Most ERPs report an available figure that already has customer orders taken off. POplanner uses that figure as it is.
How does it handle seasonal items?
Items are tagged as possibly seasonal from keywords in the name or category, such as "kerst", "Weihnacht" or "Halloween". You can edit the keyword list. The Seasons view gives an order-by date for each event, by sea or by air.
Does it place orders with my suppliers?
No. POplanner drafts the orders and exports them. You send them from your ERP or by email, as you do now.
Can I try it without my own data?
Yes. The demo on this page runs on a made-up toy wholesaler with sixteen items from four suppliers. To try POplanner on your own export, book a walkthrough and we set up an account for you.
